Delivery:
- We ship items as soon as possible. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.
- If the item is not in stock, we will notify you by email or phone.
- Your package will be delivered via Fedex Ground Economy service. Please check your package as soon as it arrives to ensure that it is correct, and nothing is damaged. Please notify us within 2 days if you’d like to return or cancel your order.
- Please note that we do not process orders on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. on a Friday, or over a weekend, will be processed the following Monday.
- Please check that you have entered all your details correctly when you place your order, especially the address, because we cannot make any changes once, we have processed your order.
- At present, we are accepting orders from customers based out of United States and Canada only.
- In the unlikely event of your order getting lost in transit, we will replace it once the confirmation from the shipping company has been received.

Faulty or defective items:
In the unlikely event you find any damage or incorrect delivery with your product, please notify us within 2 days at customerservice@egmediamags.com or call us at 844-330-6373. We will review and advise you on the next steps.
Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, please notify us at customerservice@egmediamags.com and return the item, along with the original packing slip and a note confirming you’d like a refund, to

If you have purchased goods online, you have the right to cancel at any time within 7 days of receipt of your goods. EG Media does not reimburse the return shipping expense. Please return them in an unused condition, complete, unopened and in a re-saleable condition to:
